An introductory stage, helping you learn correct posture and positioning! We focus on functional movements and It is about setting you up safely and creating good, safe habits. You will be given an opportunity to work around any limitations you may have from past injuries and start to spike your metabolism and get your body in to a fat burning state.
This stage can take from 1-2 months depending on personal circumstances and experience. Whether you are new to fitness, returning from a break, restarting after an injury, or you hit a fitness plateau- you spend some time working in this stage at the beginning of training with me to ensure we Start Smart!

This Is where you are introduced to more complex exercises and can start to build more muscle.
Strength training is essential for building muscle, burning fat, and improving overall health. I will work with you to develop a strength training programme that fits your goals and abilities. You will also have higher functioning / improved strength and can expect to lose from 5- 10lbs of fat and put on between 4 - 8llbs muscle in the first few months of this stage.

Work out programs are designed to work with the equipment you have at home.
Have a gym or a space you can use for fitness ? All you need is about 6ft x 6ft floor space and I will bring all the equipment (weights, bars, balls, bands) for your session or we can use your own equipment!

Chat with me at any time via the app to ask questions or share your progress. I am your cheerleader and can see the progress you are making as you go through your programs and will celebrate with you as you go your fitness journey!.
A 60-minute workout for instruction, correction or adaptation to your program as needed is available to use per month.
Choose between a meal plan that’s tailored to you or I can provide you with macronutrient goals if you want a bit of freedom with your meals. This is optional and at no extra cost.
A discounted personal training session can be done on an as needs basis. if you want to have an in person session with me. No minimum session package is required.
